Professional profile

The legal activity begins immediately after graduation, continuing the management of the dispute entrusted to the family firm. He becomes the central consultant of an insurance company based in Naples, dealing with multiple aspects of corporate legal management and also intervening before the inspection authorities such as ISVAP (now IVASS) and AVCP.

Over the years, in association with other professionals, he acquired the mandate of other companies and enterprises, specializing in the field of insurance law, civil and professional liability, as well as in the liability aspects of banking and corporate law.

Later he deals in particular with litigation in health matters and reports in the medical-legal field in the annual refresher courses of the Specialization School at the Faculty of Medicine of the Federico II University.

After the introduction of the legislation on the safety of medical care (Law 24.2017), he intervenes as a speaker at various conferences on the subject.

In addition to the activity in favour of the insurance companies, he joins that of lawyer and consultant for private healthcare groups, which contemplates the management of the dispute under a self-insurance retention regime, in direct contact with the risk management structure, as well as the posting of reserves relating to claims

Currently, attention is focused on compliance issues for companies and professionals with respect to the innovations introduced by Law 24.17, currently being implemented, and by the Corporate Crisis Code (Legislative Decree 14.19).
